3. SUBJECT MATTER

The subject matter of this Preliminary Information Form is to inform the Buyer about the sale and delivery of the product or products whose quality and sales price are specified below, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No.6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 27 November 2014 and numbered 29188.

5. DELIVERY TIME OF GOODS/SERVICE

Delivery is made as soon as possible after the stock is available and the cost of goods is transferred to the seller's account. There may be delays due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, weather opposition etc. The Seller delivers the goods/service within 30 (thirty) days at the latest from the order.

6. DELIVERY OF GOODS/SERVICE

The delivery of goods/service is made to the address requested by the Buyer. If the Buyer requests delivery to be made to someone other than themself or to an address other than their own, delivery is made in line with this request. Delivery costs belong to the Buyer. If Seller declares that the delivery fee will be covered by the shoppers on the website or in some campaigns,the delivery cost is borne by the Seller. Goods/services are delivered by courier companies.

For the delivery of goods/services subject to the order, a signed copy of the distance sales contract must be delivered to the Seller and the price must be paid in a method of payment preferred by the Buyer. If, for any reason, the cost of the goods/services is not paid or canceled in the bank records, the Seller is shall be free from the obligation to deliver the goods/services.

8. VALIDITY PERIOD

The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and changed. The prices announced on a regular basis remain valid until the end of the specified period. However, if the prices are written incorrectly by mistake and are not updated due to late notice of the supplier, the current price reported by the seller to the Buyer will be considered valid. In case of an error, the difference is refunded if more withdrawals are made than the product price. If the actual price of the product is different from the announced price, theBuyer will be informed of the actual price. In line with the Buyer's request, the sale is made at the actual price or the sale will be canceled.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In distance contracts for the sale of goods the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the goods within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods without any legal or criminal liability and without a cause. If it is decided in distance contracts for the sale of goods, that the performance of the service will be performed before the end of the fourteen days, consumer can use their right of withdrawal until the date when the performance of duty begins. Expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the Seller.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by fax, telephone or e-mail within a period of fourteen days and in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of the Distance Sales Contract of the product and in accordance with the preliminary information published on the website, which is an integral part of this contract, the packaging and its content must not be damaged while the goods were being used and the goods must be available for resale. Return procedures under the right of withdrawal are included in the Distance Sales Contract. If this right is exercised, it is obligatory to return the original invoice for the product delivered to the third party or the Buyer. The product price and delivery costs shall be returned to the

Buyer within 14 (fourteen) days after the notification of the right of withdrawal and the Buyer is obliged to return the product within 10 (ten) days. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, shall notreimbursed. The delivery cost of the returned product with the right of withdrawal shall be paid by the Buyer.

If there is a decrease in the value of the goods or the return becomes impossible due to a reason caused by the Buyer's fault, the Buyer is obliged to compensate the Seller at the rate of defect. Payments can be made using credit card.

10. GOODS/SERVICES WHERE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

There may be products that cannot be returned due to their nature. These are underwear,products that cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons and disposable products. In addition, in order to use the right of withdrawal in all kinds of products, the product must resaleable and the product must not be used, damaged and the labels shall not have been removed. The right of withdrawal cannot be used in products that do not fulfill these conditions and this circumstance shall be notified to Buyer.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following conditions:

a) Contracts for products whose prices change depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the Seller.

b) Contracts for products prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.

c) Contracts for underwear products.

ç) Products whose labels have been removed after delivery, damaged or are no longer resaleable,

d) Contracts for products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature,

e) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those provided under the subscription agreement,

f) Contracts relating to services started with the approval of the consumer before the right of withdrawal expires.

11. VALIDITY

After this Preliminary Information Form is read and accepted electronically by the Buyer, the phase of establishing a Distance Sales Contract shall begin.

12. COMPETENT COURT

Consumer has right tomake applications regarding their complaints and objections to the arbitration committee for consumer problems or the consumer court within the monetary limits in the place where the consumer purchased the goods or services or where they have their residencewithin the monetary limits determined each year in December by the Turkish Republic Ministry of Customs and Trade.

13. FINAL PROVISIONS

In the event that the documents and information given regarding the order are found to be incomplete, fake and/or incorrect, or if there is any suspicion that the order has been made in bad faith/or to gain commercial gain, the Sellerreserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the necessary investigations of the order application at any time, provided that the Buyer is informed. In case of cancellation, the return process for payment can be made, provided that buyer is informed.

14. EXCEPTION

The provisions of the article in this Preliminary Information Form, arising from the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502whichprovide legal protection to consumers, shall only be valid when the Buyer is a consumer. In cases where the Buyer is not a consumer according to the definition of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, the relevant articles shall not be valid between the parties.

The Buyer; accepts, undertakes and declares that the Buyer has read the preliminary information and has been informed and gives the necessary confirmation electronically in accordance with Article 48 Paragraph 2 of the Law No. 6502 and Articles 5, 6 and 7 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
